Why You Must Respond to Comments

How much time do you spend following up on comments and questions and updates in blogs, twitter, facebook etc? Do you read them? Do you respond? You should.

If you are ignoring what other people are saying to you, about you or in the community created by you, then you are neglecting your obligation. Don;t get involved in social media or any ‘interaction’ based platform if you think you are too big, too famous, too popular and everyone else is too insignificant.
