Why You Must Respond To Feedback and Comments

It always amazes me when I come across a blog post, a video or a facebook page that has generated multiple comments from viewers, readers or subscribers and find that the creator of the content has had virtually no involvement – no replies, no communication, no interaction. It is so wrong.

Do You Respond To Comments that are left on your blog, your facebook wall, your photos and your videos? If you don’t then you are failing in one of the most important parts of ‘interaction’…

Would you ignore a phone call?

Do you respond to reader comments? So next time you decide to throw a bit of content online, make sure that all the comments end up in your inbox and get into the habit of replying, responding – interacting.

Conversation is a two-way concept.
